Home Health care is a great option for seniors and those who need medical care but have difficulty getting out of their homes to seek/receive the help they need. Home health care provides a wide range of services in the comfort of your own home. The goal being to assist you in your recovery through education and treatment to maximize independence.

If so, you may qualify for Home Health care as part of your Medicare benefit? Medicare participants are eligible for home health care benefits as long as they meet the Medicare requirements for homebound status and the medical need for skilled services.

What does a typical patient look like?
Home Health eligibility varies widely across individual needs, but in general, patients are elderly individuals who are fearful of falling or have difficulty leaving their homes. Many patients receive our services following an accident or surgery, after discharging from a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
Who pays for the service?
Home Health is covered by insurance when deemed appropriate. We will construct a customized care plan that is covered 100% by Medicare. Valeo also accepts private insurance and some Medicare replacement plans.
